The Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse that keeps projects moving, proposals polished, and our vibrant Toronto or Mississauga offices humming. What You’ll Do

  • Support project setup, documentation, and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics

  • Lead the creation of proposals and marketing materials in Adobe InDesign

  • Prepare qualifications packages, CVs, and project mock‑ups

  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, vendor relationships, and general office operations

  • Coordinate team events and contribute to a fun, collaborative office culture

  • Assist with project closeout, archiving, and QA documentation

  • Provide backup support to the office leadership, as needed

Compensation

The rate for this position generally is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.  Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Ontario Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
