An enterprise client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Social Specialist to join its Regional Social Command Centre and support social media operations for a global technology brand. This role is responsible for managing social media content, community engagement, social listening, reporting, and paid social activities while helping deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
The selected candidate will work closely with social strategists, creative teams, paid media specialists, and client stakeholders to execute social media initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights. What You'll Do:
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars aligned with regional and global marketing strategies.
- Schedule, publish, and tag social media content using social media management platforms such as Sprinklr.
- Monitor and manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions across social channels.
- Support the planning, curation, and execution of always-on social media campaigns.
- Monitor online conversations, brand mentions, trends, and audience sentiment using social listening tools.
- Create performance reports and provide actionable insights based on owned and earned social media activity.
- Support employee and executive advocacy programs by managing newsletters, content publishing, and profile monitoring.
- Assist with paid social campaigns, including content boosting and paid media execution.
- Collaborate with social strategy, creative, production, and paid media teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support stakeholder communications, onboarding, and training related to social media tools and content management.
- Ensure content quality, platform best practices, and brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, optimize content performance, and strengthen online communities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience working with clients or managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, community management, and response management best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and creating reports with actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret social media data.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
