Marketing Coordinator, Sweden

We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys bringing ideas to life, coordinating across teams, and creating marketing activities that make a real business impact.

Your role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Sofigate Sweden’s growth journey. Working closely with both the Swedish business and sales teams and the Group Marketing & Communications team, you will help execute local marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and communications that strengthen our brand and support business growth.

You will act as the bridge between local business needs and Nordic marketing initiatives, ensuring strong alignment, effective execution, and meaningful customer engagement. The role combines marketing coordination, stakeholder collaboration, content development, and event management in a dynamic and international environment.

You will report to the Country Manager Sweden and work closely with the Group Marketing & Communications team led by Sofigate’s CMO.

What you'll do

• Execute local marketing initiatives, campaigns, content, and go-to-market activities in Sweden

• Act as the key connection between Group Marketing & Communications and the Swedish business and sales teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment

• Share local market insights, business priorities, and marketing needs with the Group Marketing & Communications team

• Plan and execute local events, communications, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities

• Identify customer references, success stories, thought leadership opportunities, and employee stories that strengthen the Sofigate brand

• Collaborate closely with sales teams on lead nurturing activities, CRM processes, and growth initiatives

• Support the development of engaging content and marketing materials tailored to the Swedish market

• Contribute to strengthening Sofigate’s visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement across Sweden

What you bring

• Previous experience from consulting, technology, or other professional services environments is required.

• Experience in B2B marketing, communications, sales support, or a similar role

• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

• Experience coordinating and executing marketing activities, campaigns, events, or communications

• Strong content creation and communication skills with an eye for quality and brand consistency

• The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders

• Experience supporting sales teams and working with CRM-based lead management is considered an advantage

• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset combined with the ability to see the bigger picture

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

• Experience from consulting, technology, or other professional services environments is considered valuable
