Hearst Television has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills and a keen analytical mind. The Marketing Coordinator will work with internal and external teams to plan, coordinate and execute multi-market campaigns for the Very Local streaming service and Very Local Brand Studio clients.
This position requires a high level of organization and responsibility, as well as strong attention to detail. With broadcast stations in 26 US markets, Hearst Television reaches a fifth of US households; this role will support a team responsible for marketing to that footprint and beyond.
The Marketing Coordinator, Streaming Video Services reports to the Creative Manager. This is an in-person position based at our station in Manchester, NH or New Orleans, LA.
Responsibilities:
Work with Creative Manager, HTV design team to facilitate campaign creative development, ensuring assets are to spec and delivered on schedule
Use available data sources to assemble, format and distribute platform metrics
Track active campaign performance and maintain final report archive
Assist with Brand Studio client communication and reporting
Coordinate project execution timelines and communication with station partners
Qualifications:
Must be familiar with analytics and have exposure to marketing performance metrics
Proficiency with excel, Sheets, and their capabilities
Familiarity with Air Table, asset management systems a plus
Ability to understand platform-specific requirements and deliver projects accordingly
Stays current with industry trends and latest production techniques, styles, and tools
Related military experience will be considered
