The Role:
Based in Campbellfield, reporting to Marketing Manager, you will help assist in coordinating and managing all marketing activities including the creation/design of marketing collateral.
You will work with external agencies and suppliers and provide marketing support to our company owned stores and distributor network as well as working across multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the development of the marketing strategy and budget
- Day to day marketing admin including updating and managing internal systems and communicating with all areas of the business including external resources
- Assist in coordinating and executing projects; creating written briefs, overseeing tasks and ensuring overall project objectives are met.
- Assist and coordination of event, sponsorship, ambassador, advertisement and charity contracts
- Coordination of events including assisting with set up and displays (representation at some events may be required)
- Coordination of promotions and merchandise
- Coordinate and communicate with social team including coordinating/creating/monitoring posts for Facebook & Instagram
- Verbal and written communications including coordinating and producing EDM’s
- Creation and proof of marketing materials
- Co-ordination of loyalty programs
- Assist in market research activities
- General administration tasks/duties as required
