Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Coordinator/Manager in our Phoenix Division. This position plays a key role in driving marketing initiatives that generate leads, support sales goals, and deliver an engaging Homebuyer experience. Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing plans and activities that support division sales goals.
  • Apply knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and consumer insights to drive results.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the local market, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Ensure world-class brand standards are maintained across all marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams to support business objectives.
  • Plan and execute engaging events for homeowners, prospective buyers, and real estate professionals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor performance to maximize effectiveness.
  • Act as a liaison to deliver marketing and advertising resources to support the division’s needs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required, along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and measuring performance.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and current marketing trends.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills, including vendor and partner management.
  • An enthusiastic, flexible and supportive attitude that promotes teamwork across the market.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the greater Phoenix metro area.
