As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Field Marketing Manager and commerce team to create high quality B2B events and marketing campaigns for customers across channels, while coordinating day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:

Support Field Marketing Manager with executing marketing campaigns

Contribute to brainstorms related to events and marketing actions.
Event Coordination :
-
Support production of events, varying from webinars to offline exhibitions.

Daily coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
-
Production of localised content that’s supporting the events, such as: hand outs, online and offline banners, presentations for speakers.

Measuring the impact of the events and setting up evaluations with all stakeholders to keep improving what we are doing and the impact we are making
Content Coordination :

Support the local B2B content creation for blog and social media

Support the Global Marketing team for content translation projects

CMS owner for website local content uploading
What you’ll bring:

Experience in event/content/video production, branding, advertising, communication, marketing, social media

Fluent French and English speaker & writer.

Data-driven mindset
-
Quick-thinking, hands-on problem-solver with excellent project management skills who can handle tight deadlines with flexibility and ease
