Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, highly collaborative and analytically driven environment? Coveo is looking for a Marketing Coordinator intern to join our Commerce and Knowledge Marketing teams. Your mission? Support our demand generation efforts through one of the busiest event seasons for the team.
Our Commerce and Knowledge Marketing teams are responsible for showcasing our product to potential customers. Not only do they execute a robust Coveo branding strategy at large scale events like Dreamforce, they run marketing campaigns, read leads reports, review analytics and much more. As an intern, you’ll work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to witness firsthand how marketing campaigns are executed and turned into qualified leads.
Your impact, day to day:- Develop an email campaign in partnership with our copywriting team, ensuring it’s aligned with our brand voice and captures the attention of prospective clients.
- Support the development and delivery of digital marketing initiatives, including webinars and virtual events, by coordinating timelines, managing promotional assets, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events such as dinners, meetups, or partner sessions.
- Connect with our sales team regarding leads generated from a previous event, cleaning up the list and getting it into our system for the sales team to start actioning.
- Assist in compiling and interpreting marketing performance data using platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Sigma. This includes building reports, identifying trends, and providing insights that inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- You are currently studying in a bachelor of business, arts, or a related program in a Bachelors degree or higher in the province of Québec.
- You can be present at the office at least two days a week. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility, you can benefit from face-to-face learning from your team on office days while home days allow you to focus and complete complex work.
- You are available to work full-time for 15 weeks and are legally entitled to do so in Canada.
- You have strong project management and organizational skills.
- You thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment that is highly collaborative across many teams.
- You’re curious by nature and you aren’t afraid to ask questions.
- You have an analytical mindset and are constantly seeking out new ways to improve processes.
- You’ve participated in case competitions; you have experience creating compelling presentation decks!
- You have experience using Microsoft Excel to build out formulas and reports.
- You find it easy to learn how to use new tools and software. If you’ve used Asana and Salesforce before, it’s a plus!
