Salary Range / Rate: $20-$23/hr (USD)
Client is looking for an ambitious, creative, strategic junior marketer to support owned social programming & execution to drive brand advocacy and brand love.
Under direction of the Brand Engagement team, this person will support client's’ overall owned and earned brand engagement strategy by managing day-to-day social and equity programming, key advocacy and brand love initiatives, and seeding strategy.
Support the BE Team with influencer relationship building, gifting, product mailers/scaled seeding, invite lists, event recaps and reporting.
Support BE Team & Category Social Leads to execute cohesive owned social strategy and drive the execution of our social calendar across TikTok and Facebook
Schedule/post social media posts (sometimes via Sprinklr) across TikTok and Facebook. Must be able to edit content and write captions.
Develop and/or lead briefing/content creation for lo-fi social content for brand equity & tentpole moments, launches and support social leads to fill owned social content gaps
Develop creator content strategy to be used on owned social platforms. Manage briefs, contracting & payment
Work in lockstep with our CCC team to share out brand priorities, oversee execution of strategy, maintain calendars and set meeting agendas
Support one-off product mailings to influencers and consumers via surprise & delight tactics in partnership with CCC
Order, track, maintain product inventory through online warehouse portal for influencer, event or social shoot needs
Open and manage purchase orders across the Brand Engagement Team
