- Works closely with Sponsorship/Marketing Analyst to assist with processing sponsorships and tracking ROI on all Bank sponsorships, memberships and contributions.
- Assists in the execution of the Bank's social media and digital advertising strategy.
- Assists with updating Marketing's Intranet page. Assists in day-to-day website administration (content management) as needed.
- Provides marketing support for retail branches and business lines. Works with internal clients to discuss any marketing needs.
- Creates flyers, invitations and one-off creative pieces that complement the overall brand of BankUnited.
- Utilizes a wide range of media, including digital photography, computer aided design and animation to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Works with Procurement and established vendors to order, monitor and distribute promotional items, collateral pieces, etc. Maintains inventory of marketing materials and promotional items. Fulfills requests for special events and branded promotional items. Analyzes use of promotional items annually and determines solutions for more cost-effective use.
- Manages vendor relationships, negotiates quotes and ensures delivery schedules are followed. Ensures seamless execution with vendors to deliver projects on time and to specification.
- Process invoices and purchase orders for the Marketing department.
- Manage marketing requests through the project management platform (e.g., Kadince, Asana, Monday.com).
- Assist in the coordination and set-up of corporate events and tracks ROI on all events.
- Manage invoice review and payment process through Coupa and Accounts Payable.
