Administrative/General
- Manage inventory and ensure proper tracking and follow-up of product samples
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) for all non-production materials
- Serve as the main point of contact for administrative requests from licensors
- Support preparation of presentations and reports (product updates, marketing reviews)
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of product and marketing assets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Product – support to Product Manager
- Maintain and regularly update product development tools and documentation
- Support product photography process, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Update and manage internal sales tools (e.g., DAM, line sheets, toolbox)
- Support and follow up on ongoing product development cycles
- Update product operating and care manuals
- Provide additional administrative support related to product activities
Marketing – support to Marketing Manager
- Coordinate timelines across regional sales teams, HQ, and licensors/agencies to ensure timely project delivery
- Maintain and update asset management tools
- Support the Marketing Manager in ongoing marketing initiatives and projects
- Prepare and organize campaign assets and guidelines (photos and videos)
- Assist in the creation of marketing tools (VM guidelines, toolboxes, training materials)
- Draft press texts and product-related copy
Support or lead of ad-hoc projects

- Two years of relevant experience, Marketing or Product Marketing is a plus
- Bachelor in Marketing/Communication or similar field
- Fluent in English and German or French (other language would be a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel
- Photoshop, Canva, InDesign and SAP would be a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
