Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving brand growth and supporting franchisees in their marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for managing corporate-level marketing strategies, overseeing public relations efforts, creating impactful campaigns, and serving as a vital connection between the corporate office and franchisees. Specifically, this individual will develop results-driven social media, blog, and communication efforts, assist in onboarding new locations, track and report marketing analytics, and manage creative requests for the brand and franchisees.
Specific duties for this creative marketing role include:
- Develop, Manage, and Drive marketing initiatives and calendars
- Coordinate Public Relations between franchisees, corporate office, and our PR provider
- Develop initiatives for social media and digital marketing at a corporate level to be distributed to our franchisees
- Assist in corporate communications with franchisees (i.e. email newsletters, success stories, webinars, etc.)
- Assist with administration of national Advertising Fund initiatives
- Manage and Update marketing resources
- Assist with marketing onboarding of new locations
Qualifications
We’re looking for a passionate, creative Marketing Coordinator with strong professionalism and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year College/University; or two-three years’ related experience; or a combination of both
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work on a team and independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Career-oriented individual looking for rapid growth
- Sharp, professional demeanor
- Tenacious; excellent follow-through
