An enterprise client is seeking an Execution Support Marketing Coordinator to support one of MRM's top global accounts. In this role, you'll work closely with Project Execution Leads to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, support event marketing initiatives, and ensure smooth project delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Support campaign planning and setup by attending planning meetings and assisting with project coordination.
  • Help manage campaign execution, ensuring processes are followed and project timelines are met.
  • Assist with demand generation, gated content, lead acquisition and uploads, website publishing, proof point publishing, and purchase order support.
  • Coordinate event planning and execution, including event preparation, registration, and logistics.
  • Upload customer leads into Marketo and monitor campaign data using marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Support analytics activities by maintaining marketing metadata and assisting with reporting.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global marketing tools and services, educating stakeholders on best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within an agency or client-side environment, with a focus on event marketing and virtual events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Simplified Chinese.
  • Experience in client/account management and project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of marketing communications, both digital and traditional.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience with event marketing, event planning, and related marketing technologies.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak Simplified Chinese.
