About the role
Join a small, diverse local marketing team embedded in Marsh’s European marketing organisation. This coordinating role focuses on digital activity: you will orchestrate and coordinate campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social, email, and the website, act as the local point of contact with the European Center of Excellence, and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. You’ll translate international campaign frameworks into local digital programs, ensure websites and landing pages are implemented correctly, and keep campaign delivery and measurement running smoothly. As we’re a small team, you’ll also pick up other marketing tasks as required.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the local coordinator between Marsh Netherlands, the European Center of Excellence, business-line stakeholders and external agencies to plan, localize and deliver digital campaigns.
- Translate international campaigns into local digital executions across web, email, (paid) social and search — define local requirements for creative, targeting and landing pages.
- Coordinate and take ownership of the local website(s): ensure content and campaign landing pages are implemented, tagging and tracking are correct, and local web updates align with European standards.
- Oversee execution and optimization of paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social) and email programs: monitor performance, run A/B tests, refine targeting and recommend adjustments to meet KPIs.
- Manage local campaign budgets, vendor invoices and spend reconciliation; recommend reallocations to maximize ROI in line with European plans.
- Use market and competitive research, audience data, and AI/LLM-powered tools to provide insights for targeting, creative and search optimization.
- Produce concise, presentation-ready performance reports and dashboards for local stakeholders and the European Center of Excellence.
- Provide technical coordination: troubleshoot tagging/tracking issues, work with web/dev to protect measurement integrity, and ensure local implementations follow privacy and measurement standards.
- Be flexible in a small team: support events, presentation design, sales materials and other ad-hoc marketing tasks when needed.
Who you are
- A marketer ready for your 2nd or 3rd career step with hands-on experience in digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social, email) and website/landing-page coordination.
- Comfortable using AI and LLM tools to support research, audience insights, copy generation and search optimization.
- A strong coordinator and communicator: you align multiple stakeholders — internal and external — and keep timelines and deliverables on track.
- Collaborative, adaptable and happy to switch between strategic coordination and hands-on execution as the team needs.
- Curious and growth-minded: you enjoy testing, learning and sharing recommendations with your local marketing colleagues and the Center of Excellence.
- Speaking and writing Dutch is a plus.
