Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support to our Local and Regional Sales teams and support divisional cross-selling, known as Strategic Partnerships. They will also develop sales materials, marketing collateral, and client-facing resources that help drive revenue across our portfolio of commercial airports, private airports, and roadside assets. This role will also collaborate with our Private Aviation & Programmatic, teams to support cross-functional initiatives and business objectives as needed.

                                                                                                    

Job Responsibilities
  • Provides compelling marketing materials and support to maximize our import and export sales efforts between Roadside and Airports divisions.
  • Formulates innovative marketing strategies among target accounts.
  • Provides high quality proposals and presentations to assigned sales team/s to make impactful statements among large regional and national client base.
  • Provides data/insights/profiles utilizing various market research tools such as MRI, Media Radar, and Nielsen
  • Provides actionable recommendations based on strategic marketing research & customer insight.
  • Presents marketing concepts to clients in conjunction with sales team.       
  • Provides client, category, and industry research and insights.
  • Develops marketing strategies and generates marketing collateral to drive revenue into our portfolio 100+ private jet terminals.
  • Develops branded collateral materials, supplies airport information and provides general support for our airport/roadside programmatic team.
  • Assists with organizing, updating, and archiving a large library of marketing content & visual assets through content management software on an on-going basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Job QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or advertising with increasing levels of responsibility.
Skills
  • Working knowledge of programs including but not limited to; Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and DropBox.
  • Experience with 3rd party research platforms such as Scarborough, ForwardKeys and Nielsen preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
  • A passion for, and understanding of advertising research, insights, trends and applicable uses of marketing tools.
  • An understanding of Out-of-Home advertising products and categories
  • Experience in, or understanding of CMS including Widen Digital Asset Management platforms beneficial but not required.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with an emphasis on detail.
  • Proven ability to work as an individual and group contributor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to promote a positive work environment.
  • Excellent organization, planning, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a remote team in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to travel when needed.
