The Field Services Group (FSG) at Fullsteam is a group of SaaS companies that serve field service businesses across a broad range of services including cleaning, HVAC, electrical, pest control, landscaping, and specialty contractors. Our mission is to deliver technology that simplifies operations, enhances customer experience, and accelerates revenue for service-based businesses.

FSG operates as a unified team with shared go-to-market strategies, centralized operations support, and coordinated technology investments—while retaining the vertical expertise and brand equity of each business unit.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and tech-savvy Marketing Content Creator to join Fullsteam’s Field Services Group. In this role, you’ll lead the use of AI tools to create, optimize, and scale marketing content across six SaaS businesses. You’ll support the Product Marketer and Growth Marketer by generating high-impact, persona-driven content for product launches, paid campaigns, customer education, and brand storytelling. If you're passionate about blending creativity with automation—using AI to streamline production while keeping messaging human and relatable—this is your opportunity to help reshape how content is created in the SaaS field services space.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a 90-day content calendar aligned with GTM and paid media campaigns
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, Canva, Grammarly, Surfer SEO) to draft, enhance, and repurpose content across formats
  • Create multi-format content including blog posts, product videos, email campaigns, landing pages, social posts, and case studies
  • Support the Product Marketer by building product launch assets and customer education materials using AI-assisted workflows
  • Partner with the Growth Marketer to optimize content for paid ads, SEO, and conversion goals
  • Edit, test, and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Record and produce short-form video or podcast content, integrating AI tools for editing and transcription
  • Maintain visual brand standards using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Stay current on emerging AI content tools and recommend enhancements to internal workflows

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep familiarity with AI-driven content creation platforms and workflows
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, clarity, and audience relevance
  • Proficiency in tools such as ChatGPT, Descript, Jasper, Grammarly, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Ability to translate product features into compelling narratives for field service professionals
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple brands
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, tech-enabled marketing environment
  • Understanding of performance marketing and how to tailor content for lead gen, conversion, and retention
  • Creative eye for visual content and ability to direct or create branded graphics and media

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications (SaaS or field services preferred)
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content development (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, Canva, Grammarly, Surfer SEO)
  • Proven ability to produce content across formats—written, video, email, and visual media
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging to different personas
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines
  • Portfolio or work samples that showcase content quality, versatility, and familiarity with AI-enhanced workflows
