We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Marketing Consumer Insights Specialist to lead the consumer insights agenda and support business growth through deep understanding of consumer behavior, culture, and market dynamics. This role will transform consumer, customer, and cultural insights into actionable strategies that shape brand direction, innovation, and growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted business partner to the Marketing VP and cross-functional teams, embedding consumer-centric thinking into key business decisions to drive competitive advantage and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the consumer insights agenda by identifying deep human, cultural, customer, and market trends that influence business growth.
  • Translate complex consumer and market insights into clear strategic recommendations and actionable business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing VP and leadership team to integrate consumer insights into brand, innovation, and commercial strategies.
  • Support brand growth initiatives through consumer understanding, competitive analysis, and market intelligence.
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer needs, behaviors, and perceptions.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and innovation to ensure consumer-centric decision-making.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Monitor brand and campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and consumer engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, brand strategy, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and market analysis.
  • Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience partnering with senior leadership.
  • Ability to turn data and insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in research and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field
