Reports To 

The Senior Digital Consultant & Project Manager reports to the Account Director / Client Services Director. 

Job Overview 

The Senior Digital Consultant & Project Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships while leading the successful delivery of digital projects across one or multiple accounts. 
 
This role combines consultancy, account leadership and project management responsibilities, acting as the main bridge between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams. 
 
The ideal candidate is able to understand clients’ business challenges, identify growth opportunities, define strategic recommendations and ensure flawless project execution — balancing scope, timelines, budget, quality and client satisfaction. 
 
The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, operational excellence and a deep understanding of digital ecosystems and customer experience. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

Client & Business Management 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and strategic initiatives. 

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges. 

  • Develop strategic recommendations and proactively identify new business opportunities. 

  • Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives across projects and services. 

  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches. 

  • Lead client meetings, workshops and project status reviews. 

  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, project scope and delivery. 

  • Contribute to revenue and profitability targets for assigned clients/accounts. 

  • Monitor project profitability and propose corrective actions when necessary. 

Project & Delivery Management 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects across multiple workstreams. 

  • Manage project scope, planning, timelines, risks, budgets and resource allocation. 

  • Ensure operational briefs and requirements are properly translated to internal teams. 

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including strategy, UX/UI, development, content, media and data. 

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards. 

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and change requests. 

  • Maintain visibility and reporting on project progress, priorities and delivery status. 

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. 

  • Validate estimates, timelines and project approaches together with leadership teams. 

Team & Collaboration 

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. 

  • Support and mentor junior team members when applicable. 

  • Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented and proactive working environment. 

  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders. 

  • Encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams. 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in digital project management, consulting or account management roles. 

  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer experience and digital delivery processes. 

  • Proven experience managing clients and multidisciplinary teams simultaneously. 

  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify business opportunities. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. 

  • Experience working with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies. 

  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution mindset. 

  • Empathy, client-centric mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
