What You Do- Develop and execute communications materials that are aligned with business objectives and practice group specialization.
- Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity by managing contact records, resolving duplicates, enriching account data, and ensuring accurate segmentation to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Support business development efforts by assisting with prospect data management, list building, and research for sales outreach
- Support the development of presentation, RFP’s and proposal and other materials to assist advancement of new business in the sales funnel
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns and Sales Enablement
- Participant in developing personas and journey mapping, as it relates to lifestyle and segmentation strategy, to inform content, discussions and buying opportunities
- Align closely with sales, service and operations to execute business development plans and promote corporate initiatives and events
- Assist with copy writing and editing content for marketing material (e.g. website copy, social media posts, direct mail, email, presentations, proposals, etc.) on internal and external channels
- Integrate closely with other areas of marketing (e.g. digital marketing, events, social media, public relations, etc.).
- Work with outside vendors/agencies for design and execution of advertising campaigns, trade show exhibitions, mail campaigns, and seminars
- Create communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products including graphics, product collateral, logos, or other promotional products
- Analyze customer requirements, develops messaging architecture and competitive positioning, specifies vehicles/projects, secures resources, communicates project development and drives creative development processes.

Required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field is required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Thrives in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with people at all levels inside and out of the organization.
- Proven ability to perform and apply design skills across multiple channels including web, traditional and digital.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and with teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain flexibility and a positive attitude while performing in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage a project to completion, including working after hours if necessary.
- Experienced with Photoshop and Indesign and can design and execute minor design projects such as ads, social media artwork, presentation slides, proposal artwork, flyers, etc.
- Experience with video creation and audio/video editing
