You will be responsible for Unilabs Netherlands’ marketing communications. You are in charge of creating customer-centric content to support B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) activities, ensuring timely, omni-channel deployment as well as quality of execution in line with the local marketing strategy and global guidelines.
The organization is in a major transition and is working on a strong positioning towards the market. In this new role, you will be the internal point of contact for coordinating, creating and sending communication towards Dutch healthcare professionals - including doctors and insurance companies – as well as patients. The emphasis for this role lies clearly on communication and you will play a key role in building and strengthening our customer relationships.
Based on the marketing calendar and a good understanding of the customer journey, you manage the entire marketing communication infrastructure and ensure that all content is valuable, relevant, easily accessible and contributes to the business objectives (such as increased traffic and improved conversion).
You liaise with internal stakeholders and develop email campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention and conversion. You own the email calendar, write and send newsletters, evaluate the results, look for optimizations, and create relevant flows that inspire and retain our customers. You set up targeted email funnels for various customer segments (Healthcare Professionals and patients), you are familiar with tools like Brevo and know how to identify areas for improvement and translate them into action.
You follow the developments within e-mail marketing and CRM. You enjoy working independently, you are resilient and can interact well with other disciplines. You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You proactively share knowledge and experiences with your colleagues.
Your responsibilities
- Writing and creating content for newsletters, social media and our websites (CMS), among others
- Managing the entire email process: from content planning to execution, analysis and optimization.
- Setting up communication process around strategic projects, expertise/ insights and internal developments
- Advising internal stakeholders (medical, operations, commercial, retail) on external communications.
- Coordinating external agencies.
- Monitoring results and adjusting for effectiveness.
- Monitoring and keeping the brand identity up to date and help developing the layout of various communication materials
RequirementsWhat you bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostic or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing B2B and B2C communication
- Knowledge of AI related tools for marcom
- Strong understanding of online and offline communication channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of excellent copywriting skills
- Fluent in Dutch, good spoken and written English
- Degree in communication, marketing, business administration or related field
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment in transformation.
