Evolution Georgia is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Marketing & Communications Specialist
Job Description- Plan, create and lead the implementation of external marketing strategy and activities for Evolution Georgia with the aim of supporting the inflow of applications to the Studio Operations (mainly entry-level positions) and driving the overall attractiveness of our employer brand with the target audience.
- Plan recruitment campaigns across digital, social media, and CSR activities as well as general brand management and PR efforts.
- Work with the local HR teams and business units to advise on and organizing recruitment fairs, candidate workshops, social media activities and more.
- Liaise with photographers, videographers and graphic designers, draft creative briefs, and be the main point of contact for any creative material required for communications use.
- Liaise and network with a range of third parties, including but not limited to Student Associations, Universities and partner organizations.
- Overall, act as an ambassador for the company and brand, ensuring that all communications offers attention to the corporate values, Evolution’s desired positioning as well as comply with the Brand Guidelines.
- Budget planning and follow-up.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar
- 3+ years’ experience from project management within Strategic Communications/Branding/Marketing/Public Relations
- Proven experience from leading multi-channel marketing campaigns which combine paid/earned media – experience from campaign planning, execution and evaluation including digital marketing, social media campaigns as well as basic understanding of SEM/SEO as part of a marketing effort.
- Fluency in English and Georgian languages, any additional language skills is an advantage
- Computer literacy; Microsoft Office, experience from working in additional suites (like Adobe) is an advantage
- Experience from working in an international environment and/or supporting recruitment efforts is an advantage
- Experience from sales-driving marketing and branding efforts targeting Generation Z is an advantage
- Personal competencies: strong project management and organisational skills, excellent time management, planning and prioritization capability. A self-dependent team player with no prestige and a can-do attitude, who possesses a passion for communications as a means to boost the business and the employee experience.
