We are hiring for a 6-month temporary contract a Marketing & Communications Specialist (hybrid)

Let's talk about the role:

The Marketing & Communications Specialist will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to execute against the Hospital Markets strategies both B2B as well as B2C. This role will be responsible for actively supporting the development of new launches and campaigns including the briefing, production, and management of sales and marketing materials, analysing campaign effectiveness, managing agency relationships, as well as event coordination.

Let's talk about responsibilities:

  • In alignment with the marketing strategies, leverage business and product knowledge to design and produce sales and marketing materials to support campaigns and launches for B2B as well as B2C. This will involve collaborating with our EMEA-J marketing communications team to localise EU/global content as well as the hands-on design and creation of the content, and/or managing the relationships, briefing and content delivery through external creative agencies
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement Specialists across the Northern Europe CMG, and represent hospital market needs with EMEA-J marketing communications team for specific customer channels and/or product portfolio
  • Manage the content review and approval process in conjunction with our EMEA-J marketing communications team
  • Partner with marketing and commercial teams to analyse the utilisation of marketing materials and content to inform the future development of content and materials and any market research required
  • Develop and manage the content library to effectively communicate and disseminate content and materials available to the commercial team and customers
  • Maintain and replenish marketing material storage and inventory working closely with the local Inventory Manager
  • Organise ResMed’s participation at conferences from the internal administration and coordination, managing the relationships with external vendors and event organisers, through to producing all the relevant materials and event information packs for delegates
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to coordinate ResMed’s presence at external exhibitions and KOL/training events – including what products and activities may be required, and arrange all shipment and deliveries to and from the event as needed
  • Partner with Finance/Compliance teams for the review and approval of ResMed’s attendance and sponsorship of external events in accordance to MedTech and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct reviews and cost analysis of external suppliers and venue providers to ensure quality and competitiveness and inform RFP process where needed
  • Work closely with the Patient Channel and Customer Engagement Manager to coordinate the direct to patient initiatives and contact with Digital Agency – including ecommerce, digital campaigns, assets and resources.
  • Be the coordinator for our digital marketing tools and assets, like brand site, campaign sites and social media

  • Balance the workload and priorities between our B2B and B2C initiatives

Let's talk about qualifications and experience:

  • Degree qualification in marketing, advertising or related discipline

  • Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare sales & marketing environment or at marketing agencies working with these industries
  • Proficient working with design platforms (e.g. Adobe creative suite)
