Job Description

Our Marketing Communications Rep will believe in this too. You are the communication expert responsible for building customer interest, awareness, and advocacy for our portfolio of products and solutions. You will develop, activate, and amplify pre-sales content and support additional sales enablement collateral. You will collaborate closely with our stakeholders on programs to support sales, businesses, or cross-business initiatives. You are a wicked storyteller, and your content will find and capture our target audience and help them understand our core values.

You will work in a hybrid setting from either our Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Mayfield Heights, Ohio offices and report to the Manager, Marketing Communications.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create/edit/activate messaging: Craft curious, thought-provoking, and emotional stories based on the target audience (blogs, web copy, eBooks, brochures, infographics, social, etc.).
  • Project Management: Track activity, both internally and with outside vendors, for adherence to brand standards, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Monitor metrics: Facilitate regular reporting to measure, analyze and adjust content for maximum business impact.
  • Support sales enablement activities.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

  • 1+ years of experience with creative marketing tools, software programs and marketing automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Working knowledge of Canva Design Software.
  • Content development and project management skills.
  • Understanding of marketing, social media, events, and digital marketing.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the industrial automation environment.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
