You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Enhancing Ignitis Group’s brand presence in Latvia
- Leading integrated marketing communication projects (ATL, BTL)
- Developing and executing digital, social media, and content marketing strategies
- Collaborating with project-related parties (agencies, business partners, designers, and others)
- Monitoring integrated campaign efficiency, ROMI
- Working in the local marketing and communication team, collaborating with international colleagues
- At least 5 years of experience in the marketing field
- Experience in planning and managing integrated marketing communication projects and budgets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
- Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising, as well as experience with digital analytics and reporting tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills, preferably with experience working in an international corporate environment and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
- Take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
