Job Description:
Indorama Ventures – Indovinya is currently looking for a Marketing Communications Manager. This role is responsible for defining the target audience and narratives for North America and its locations. This position outlines strategies for effectively reaching that audience, positively promoting the corporation, and managing relationships with strategic partners. This includes collaboration with agencies, press offices, media, and trade associations in the region, as needed.
What will be expected from you?
- Integral role in communication to North America organizational structure and overall growth in markets served that includes Mexico and EMEA.
- Promotion of Indovinya product lines, product branding, promotional approaches in alignment with end-market strategies.
- Conference contents planning, internet-based customer interfacing tools such as Product Selector, and advancement of digital marketing.
- Commission relevant reputation research as needed.
- Present and position the NA communication with a corporate voice tailored to its target
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
- BS or BA in Communication or related field plus 5 years’ experience.
- Spanish preferred.
- Cutting edge/attention grabbing MarCom details Sharp narrative that aligns with the business and brand's verbal identity.
- Ensure the application and enforcement of corporate communication governance policies through performance guidelines to maintain consistency in the company's communication across all locations where NA operates, in accordance with the brand's guidance.
- Entice customer’s familiarity of product selection tool for new business growth.
- NA communication budget management.
- Accurate and concise portrayal of NA Indovinya marketing and product strategies
- NA Indovinya Market position comparison to main competitors.
- Integration with Marketing, TS&D and licensing peers Sales & Account managers, IOD production sites.
- Distribution channel partners.
- Integration with Communication peers.
