Summary:
In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for supplier customers in alignment with the overall business objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, the role will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and foster supplier relationships, driving value through brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation. This individual will play a hands-on role in both strategic planning and tactical execution, ensuring the delivery of targeted marketing solutions that meet the needs of the supplier partners. The role does not have direct reports but requires collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning

Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans tailored for supplier customers, aligned with GPO objectives and market dynamics. Utilize market and customer insights to create annual marketing plans that meet key business outcomes.
Brand Management

Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging for supplier customers, in line with the Spend Management and category value propositions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
Campaign Management

Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns using a variety of channels, including digital, email, social, and event marketing. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.
Supplier Relationship Management & VOC

Act as the marketing liaison for key supplier partners, facilitating communication, aligning marketing initiatives with strategic supplier goals, and ensure their success within the GPO framework. Work with the market research team on executing annual supplier VOC survey.
Content Creation & Development

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, webinars, and supplier success stories. Ensure materials align with both GPO and supplier brand guidelines.
Project Management

Manage marketing projects and business relationships from concept to execution, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet agreed-upon objectives. Use digital marketing and analytics platforms to monitor and report on performance.

Plan effective go-to-market tactics and campaigns for assigned solutions or business areas.

Qualifications:

Relevant degree in marketing, business, communication, or similar discipline preferred.

2 or more years of relevant experience is required. Supplier relationship experience desired.

Adaptable, flexible, and diplomatic in managing internal and external relationships.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $95,400.00.
