More about the role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Intern to support Marketing&Communications activities for Segment Marketing across Poland, with a focus on content creation, marketing campaign coordination, market research and day-to-day marketing activities.
What you will do
- Case Studies & Content: Own end-to-end case study development, from project approvals to agency and photographer coordination, quality control, publication and local/global promotion.
- Campaign Management: Lead global and local campaign adaptation and execution, ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, effective channel selection and performance monitoring.
- Asset Management: Maintain a centralized repository of marketing assets and proactively distribute updated materials to Sales, Segment, Product and Channel teams.
- NPI Communication: Integrate new product launches into the marketing roadmap, coordinate local activation and monitor results.
- Events & Workshops: Identify relevant opportunities and manage event planning, execution and integrated communication.
- Email Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop targeted email campaign communication and explore AI-driven personalization to strengthen engagement and lead generation.

- You have strong practical AI skills, including prompting and the ability to critically verify AI-generated content.
- You are detail-oriented and able to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
- You take initiative, learn quickly and enjoy finding solutions independently.
- You have good written and spoken English and Polish.
- You are interested in marketing, communications and market research.
- You are a student available for at least 6 months to work 3–5 days per week for at least 6 months
