Join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global technology environment. As a Marcom Intern, you’ll support strategic marketing initiatives across webinars, digital content, and event planning. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for bringing ideas to life through compelling content and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Webinar Execution & Promotion:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and promotion of webinars
- Coordinate with speakers and internal teams to gather content and logistics
- Support post-event follow-up including content edits, performance tracking, and summaries
- Web Content Enrichment:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance technical and promotional content
- Draft or edit website copy for clarity, consistency, and engagement
- Submit and manage content update requests via internal web ticketing system
- Event Support:
- Help coordinate logistics for industry events and trade shows
- Organize promotional assets, event briefs, and booth materials
- Support tracking of deadlines, shipments, and post-event recaps
- General Marketing Support:
- Help maintain content calendars and campaign timelines
- Assist with internal communications and newsletters
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and content ideation
You’ll Thrive If You:
- Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy organizing projects and juggling multiple priorities
- Are comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or basic web CMS platforms
- Are eager to learn and collaborate across teams
