SUMMARY
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Designer to create compelling, visual storytelling that supports Kids2’s in-market launches, marketing communications and B2B efforts. This role will focus on designing digital and video assets that help our global teams tell a cohesive Kids2 enterprise story - elevating our brands, capabilities, and partnerships with retailers and other key stakeholders. In-market retail product launch experience in Mexico is a must!
The ideal candidate combines strong digital design skills and storytelling. They can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and are comfortable working across presentations, social/digital content, and short-form video.
This highly cross-functional role partners closely with Category, Social, Marketing, Communications, Sales, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure storytelling reflects a shared direction.
The ideal candidate is also creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for global brand storytelling. They bring ideas to life through thoughtful design and development, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop in-market retail product launch campaign and design all marketing materials
Support at-large marketing campaigns including B2B and corporate focused visuals (newsletters, PPT, campaign graphics, etc.) and social media
Edit and produce short-form video content that supports:
Sales storytelling (sell-in videos)

Corporate and brand narrative (company story, capabilities, milestones)

Collaborate closely with Category, Social, Marketing, Communications, Sales, E-commerce, and Creative teams to understand objectives and translate them into effective visual communications that tell Kids2 enterprise strategy in compelling, insight-led narratives that connect our purpose, brands and products into a cohesive story.
Adapt existing creative and footage into new formats, cuts, and specs for different channels, audiences, and retailers.
Maintain organized libraries of visual assets, templates, and footage for reuse and consistency.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, proactively communicating status and timing.
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure communications support promotional calendars, key moments, and creative assets.
Develop copy and visuals that bring collaborations, launches, milestones, and initiatives to life.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Proof of developing, designing and executing in-market retail product launch campaign in Mexico.
4-6 years of experience in marketing communications (B2B, corporate, Sales support, and/or MarCom)
Excellent Spanish and English written skills and strong command of verbal communication.
Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
Familiarity with marketing and design platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with proven ability to create visually engaging marketing materials and tools.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Collaborative team player comfortable working across departments.
Passion for global brand storytelling and helping partners express and extend the brand authentically and creatively.
Ability to deal with changing environments, tight timelines and multiple projects.
Ability to execute and excel in high-paced organization.

EDUCATION & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Design, related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and design skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize direction into compelling stories and stories.
Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing storytelling across digital and partner channels.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Additional languages a plus.
Portfolio demonstrating strong digital design (presentations, social, web, B2B/corporate) and video/motion work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; able to create elevated, on-brand decks for Sales and leadership.
Solid understanding of digital production standards (RGB vs. CMYK, resolution, file formats, platform specs).
Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple, fast-turn projects.
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working knowledge of Canva
Proficient in Mac OS.
Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat.
Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Familiarity with social and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, basic CMS tools) and their asset requirements.
Familiar with AI generation tools.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
General office environment
Expected in office at minimum 3 days/week and moving towards 5 days/week.
