Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implement a comprehensive external and internal marketing communications strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end campaigns for both internal and external projects.
- Develop high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, and intranet posts.
- Lead and drive communication initiatives/ projects to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
- Maintain and enhance a strong brand strategy across countries and functions while ensuring consistency and messaging alignment across all channels, collateral and industry trends.
- Develop and refine key messaging and positioning for products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Coordinate and manage an internal network of marketing liaisons, developing strong relationships based on trust.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts.
- Oversee internal communications and engagement by improving the intranet, aligning messaging, and enhancing employee communication initiatives.
- 5-7 years of marcoms experience in B2B industry or PR agencies, preferably with a focus on international tech market.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, ideally at postgraduate level.
- Compelling writing skills.
- Fluent in English and Greek.
- Proven experience in content creation.
- Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong Teamwork and Collaboration skills.
