ISS Stoxx is hiring! Our Market Intelligence (MI) group, which provides critical data, insights, and research to clients in the financial services industry, is seeking an energetic, motivated Marketing Communications Associate to support the growth of our business by managing our most critical marketing channels including social media, podcasts, webinars and events, e-newsletters, PR/media, web microsites, and internal communications. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Communications, and other members of the MI Marketing team to support key cross-channel marketing initiatives.
• Manage ISS MI social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn). Develop social media messages that attract potential clients and engage current ones.
• Report on social media metrics and use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, introduce best practices, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly.
• Draft short-form communications including internal and external e-newsletters, press and product announcements, and contribute to promotional materials, town hall, and leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with ISS MI research team to schedule and record podcasts (including helping to identify and follow up with participants) and assist in developing other multimedia content to showcase our subject matter experts and drive engagement with our MarketSage research platform. Work collaboratively with marketing and research teams to identify upcoming research reports and stay aligned with the research calendar to support promotion with clients, prospects, and the media.
• Administer key aspects of ISS MI’s PR and media relations programs, working with marketing team members to craft and launch press releases designed to build awareness and support our growing media presence. Collaborate with other SMEs including agencies and/or Corporate Communications team as appropriate to cultivate media relationships.
• Provide communications support, as well as planning and logistics as needed, for hosted events, webinars, and third-party sponsorships. Identify opportunities to extend and optimize third-party event and media promotion and sponsorships (e.g., sponsored content), co-sponsored webinars/podcasts, and identify opportunities for industry awards, in collaboration with marketing, media, and product/research teams.

What We Need from You:

• 2-5 years’ experience in communications or marketing. Experience in Financial Services or B2B data companies a plus.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment across multiple groups and functions.
• Strong written communication and editorial skills to create and distill compelling short-form channel content, press releases, infographics, and multimedia promotion, in conjunction with subject matter experts (research, product, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills to balance competing priorities and multiple workflows across multiple channels.
• Experience with and/or willingness to learn key marketing platforms e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, podcast/multimedia, and other relevant platforms to execute across channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.

This role is based in our Red Bank, NJ office with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in office each week and 2 days remote.
