You will take ownership of day‑to‑day content delivery and regional marketing activity, operating within agreed strategies, systems, approval workflows and brand governance frameworks. About the role:

As a Marketing & Communications Advisor supporting a key growth region, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering marketing and communications activity aligned to global plans, ensuring consistency of message, tone and brand across all channels.

  • Creating and managing high‑quality content for internal and external audiences, including digital platforms and social media, as part of a wider global team.

  • Collaborating with regional stakeholders to support campaigns and communications needs, working independently while ensuring alignment with global priorities.

  • Applying Sedgman’s brand guidelines by reviewing content, managing approvals and ensuring all communications meet brand governance and quality standards.

  • Using Sedgman systems and platforms (including websites, intranet and content approval workflows) to manage content review, publishing and ongoing updates.

  • Managing and maintaining regional content on global websites and intranet platforms, ensuring system integrity and adherence to corporate standards.


What you bring:

  • A solid foundation in marketing and communications with 5–7 years’ experience in an Advisor‑level role.

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience creating and managing content across multiple channels, including digital platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and quality.

  • Demonstrated experience working within brand guidelines, approval processes and governance frameworks.

  • Confidence working autonomously in a regional role while collaborating effectively with a global team.

  • Sound organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

  • Language requirements: Bilingual business proficiency in English and French is preferred.


Salary range: $105K - $135K
