What’s on offer?

We currently have a 12-month fixed term contract position available for a Communications & Marketing Advisor to join our Southern Region Construction team. The Advisor's main responsibility will be supporting our communication strategy through well-crafted internal and external communication content. This is a hands-on role that is based at our Melbourne head office.

As a Communications Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution and delivery of internal and external communications strategies
• Design and prepare various marketing collateral to enhance Fulton Hogan’s brand across print, digital, video and multimedia formats.
• Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from conceptualisation and scripting to production and editing.
• Implement creative design solutions that are innovative, appropriate and consistent with Fulton Hogan’s brand and vision.
• Assistance in the maintenance of our reputation for excellence by guiding our strategic direction to drive ongoing success.
• Support the business to report and measure the effectiveness of both internal and external campaigns.
• Ensure all multimedia content is on-brand and complies with company standards, safety and legal guidelines.

How will you connect to the role?

• Tertiary qualification, preferably in marketing or communications,
• Circa 3+ years' experience in; an internal/external communications role or the construction industry is desirable.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills for diverse audiences as well as experience across digital and traditional communication and engagement
• Practical knowledge of various communications tools and methods and of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and knowledge in Illustrator) and Microsoft Office is highly preferable.
