Marketing Administrator

Are you looking for a new opportunity within marketing where you can really make a difference to people’s lives?

Here at Fresenius Medical Care, the world's leading provider of products and services for individuals with renal diseases, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our diverse and dynamic team.

This role provides operational support for the Market Access, Health Economics, and Product Management department across all sub-functions, including Market Access, Health Economics, Political Affairs, Product Management, and Communications.

Our preferred candidate will be a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail. Ideally, you will have experience in marketing, administration, or support roles within the healthcare industry. Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience using VEEVA, is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. You will be a confident, self-starter with excellent commercial acumen.

This is a full-time, hybrid working role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. Our head office is based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire where you will be required to attend meetings as and when needed. From time to time, some travel will be required to Fresenius Medical Care places of business and to customer sites and therefore, a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.  You may also be required to stay away from home on occasions.

What does the role involve?

You will:

  • Support the execution of strategic plans across key business verticals.
  • Assist in developing promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring compliance with ethical marketing standards.
  • Represent the company professionally while safeguarding its interests.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety, environmental, data protection, and compliance policies.
  • Support event organisation, lead generation, and follow-ups.
  • Analyse and report on healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and market access data.
  • Provide administrative support, including meetings, diary management, and documentation.
  • Manage product-related administration, CRM data, and campaign activities.
  • Build networks with key industry decision-makers and support opinion leader activities.
  • Monitor budgets, update marketing literature, and manage compliance processes.
  • Collect and disseminate relevant data and communications.
