The Role
Role Purpose:
This role will be responsible for supporting Channel Delivery service activities within North Africa markets. The Marketing Channel Delivery Analyst will closely collaborate with the Marketing Channel Delivery Lead, BUs, Business Partners, Digital, and Channel Teams to execute digital strategies and goals that meet the needs of HCP and Patients, ensuring adherence to Global standards, compliance, legal, and business requirements, on time and within budget.
In particular, the Marketing Channel Delivery Analyst will focus on:
  • Campaign Management capabilities through the execution of outbound (email) marketing programs.
  • HCP Portal to engage customers with promotional messaging and/or access additional Pfizer products and services. Supporting marketing teams in structuring and implementing portal strategies to optimize the customer experience, ensuring adherence to governance best practices and alignment with brand standards.
  • ePermission governance to support customer acquisition strategy (collection, management, data quality, and reporting).
  • Supporting the analysis and monitoring of Omnichannel reporting to assess performance and ensure KPI consistency across the Global standard dashboard.
  • Supporting the implementation, monitoring, and expansion of Social 2-way Communications capabilities, ensuring process execution, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Main Role Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of omnichannel service providers, ensuring on-time delivery across channels and campaigns in North Africa markets
  • Demonstrate to internal customers the value of Marketing Channel Delivery services and drive positive customer satisfaction through results.
  • Work with enabling functions to ensure the delivery of global/local omnichannel and content deployment plans.
  • Ensure all relevant local approvals and compliance standards and practices are met.
  • Providing support and insights to omnichannel teams on structuring and implementing effective omnichannel strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Supporting the creation and execution of measurable campaign plans for the BU to maximize value across customer touchpoints and journeys, ensuring alignment with omnichannel standards and compliance requirements.
  • Enable efficient and effective global to local digital content production.
  • Enable operational metrics aligned with commercial effectiveness strategy guidance.

Qualifications:
• BA required; Master's-level education in a relevant field is a plus.• Strong interest in digital marketing and innovation.• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.• Solid communication and collaboration skills to provide analytical insights and support decision-making.• Ability to work effectively in teams, stay informed on digital trends, and apply best practices.• Proficiency in using metrics and KPIs to assess and optimize digital performance.• Adaptability and ability to support project execution in a dynamic environment.
