The Marketing Campaigns Manager is an experienced individual contributor who partners with Product Marketing to drive growth and revenue through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns. This role leads the end-to-end development and execution of campaigns that support awareness, acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, and retention objectives.

You will manage campaigns from concept through execution, including audience definition, messaging, channel strategy, budgeting, and performance measurement. This role is central to achieving Marketing KPIs and advancing organizational growth through effective campaign strategy, strong cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaigns, you will lead complex workflows, deliver integrated campaigns, and develop content and digital assets such as email and landing pages. You will apply market insights, customer data, and performance analytics to maximize ROI.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke, Montreal or Quebec City office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Marketing Campaigns.

Posting Type: Replacement.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $113,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives, including awareness, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, including developing email marketing strategies and content, and support automation through marketing technology platforms

  • Develop campaign briefs defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, channel mix, KPIs, and execution plans, and align stakeholders across teams.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to align campaign strategies with product positioning, go-to-market plans, and audience segmentation.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms; translate results into actionable insights and optimization plans.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, scalability, and efficiency through data, automation, and approved AI-enabled tools.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Marketing or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign development and execution, with a focus on digital marketing and customer engagement.

  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable results through multi-channel campaigns.

  • Expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization across digital channels.

  • Experience analyzing campaign data and conducting A/B or multivariate testing.

  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and large language models to support marketing workflows.
