What will you be doing?
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Build, manage, and optimize Marketo programs, including program templates, emails, forms, landing pages, and smart campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing automation efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain documentation processes for how to manage campaigns in Marketo, Dynamics CRM and 6sense.
- Provide support and operations expertise to marketing team members when running campaigns, as well as to other stakeholders when it comes to helping understand what information we have, how to use it, and where to find it.
- Serve as the primary manager for our Marketo instance, leveraging your Marketo experience to rapidly understand and optimize our existing database structure and processes.
- Discover and implement advanced Marketo functionalities to enhance campaign communication to meet our pipeline development targets.
- Maintain and optimize the Marketo database, establishing robust data governance processes to ensure optimal marketable user data.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies within our marketing software, including complex lead scoring models, multi-touch nurturing programs, advanced segmentation, and automated email campaigns.
- Design and execute comprehensive instance cleaning and optimization strategies, including efficient content archiving and management.
- Ensure seamless integration between Marketo, 6sense and our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Effectively troubleshoot issues that may arise and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements, prioritizing based on business impact and Marketo best practices.
- Create and execute operational strategy. Know who to loop in from what team, how to effectively route information, and how to create a smooth user experience both internally and externally.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance.

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketo Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and a track record of success in a similar role
- Marketo Certification – Required
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience with 6sense, a plus
