What you will be doing:
The Campaign Operations Specialist, Campaign Operations, is ultimately responsible for the design, development, execution and follow-up of FIS’ marketing campaigns. Working with Product Marketing teams this role will ensure best practices are established and followed for campaign creation, delivery and follow-up. This role owns the day-to-day management of all outbound and inbound marketing campaigns. Success in this role depends on the ability to develop a common set of campaign standards and best practices that support FIS’ financial and business objectives.
Campaign Management

Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, manage, and optimize email and digital campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Conduct quality checks on campaign assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand standards.

Troubleshoot issues related to campaign execution and provide solutions.

Standardize approach to campaign management, working in partnership with sales and product marketing to deliver effective marketing campaigns that support and grow the sales pipeline.

For each campaign and set of campaign tactics, work in collaboration with the Marketing teams to determine the business objectives, the messaging, product, campaign stakeholders and target audience, ensuring all this information is captured in a campaign briefing request form within Workfront.

Good understanding and execution of landing pages creation/designing in HTML/CSS. Practical understanding and use of ampscript for email personalisation, web campaigns, marketing cloud personalisation. Experience building journeys in Salesforce marketing cloud

Prior to any campaign roll out, manage, pilot and test all elements of the program /campaign to understand the best campaign strategy.
Workfront Management:

Manage project workflows using Workfront, ensuring timely delivery of campaign/email/journey builds and adherence to deadlines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.

Track project progress, update statuses, and report on key metrics if required
Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with creative, content, and data teams to align strategies and optimize resource allocation.

Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.
What you bring:

Experience with campaign operations activities within Salesforce marketing cloud

In-depth working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront and Microsoft Dynamics (optional)

Managing multiple projects for different stakeholders

Experience in analysis of sales and marketing data

Well versed with creating emails, landing pages, forms, use of data extensions, automations, SQL queries and ampscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
