We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing professional with a passion for designing and executing impactful campaigns and someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment driving engagement and maximise brand impact.
As a Campaign Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Unit to develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will ensure that campaigns align with business objectives, reach the right audiences, and deliver measurable results. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, events, PR, and strategic partnerships, as well as strong project management skills.
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with project objectives and target audiences.
- Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising (PPC, social media), email marketing, events, print media, and content marketing.
- Ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand and organisational goals.
- Oversee media buying activities, events, and offline initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain adherence to visual and brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Plan and coordinate campaign launch events, including Job Centre launches, youth-focused events, and employer-focused events.
- Support Career Fairs, Career Clinics, Roundtable events, and other programme initiatives led by different teams.
- Build strong relationships with media partners to maximise PR opportunities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance brand impact.
- Manage and oversee marketing colleagues to ensure seamless campaign execution across all channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activities with project goals.
- Use tracking tools and boards to coordinate the marketing team for campaign launches and ongoing activities.
- Lead the selection, contracting, and management of vendors and campaign partners.
- Conduct bi-weekly strategic meetings with the Head of Marketing to discuss progress and insights.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimisation.
- Create and deliver post-event impact reports for campaigns and initiatives.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on campaign performance.
