About the Role
The Marketing Campaign Manager is a key member of the Client Marketing team which includes solutions promoting DLT's clients and technology domains. DLT continues to invest in strategic areas of growth aligned with government priorities. Protecting sensitive and mission critical data from internal and external threats is paramount at all government agencies. DLT provides an extensive line of products for all elements of data security, from content delivery networks, encryption, masking, key management, and more. The campaign manager will work closely with the Sales leadership to create lead generating campaigns to increase upsell/cross sales of existing customers as well as generate net new business for our clients.
What You'll Do

Develop six-month marketing plan in collaboration with sales and clients; Create and manage marketing campaigns within the plan from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement

Research, negotiate and procure 3rd party services for demand generation and brand building initiatives; Manage associated supplier relationships

Process invoices monthly for MDF management and tracking

Write blogs/create content for email campaigns, asset promotion, and social media

Maintain, track and forecast annual marketing budget

Develop and maintain marketing dashboard based on internal and external stakeholder requirements

Create proposals, manage and invoice marketing development funds

Write and edit copy for various marketing communications

Track and analyze metrics for ROI of marketing investment; Publish results to stakeholders

Analyze and share sales diagnostic reports and dashboards to establish best practices and adjust programs based upon campaign performance

Manage pipeline creation and lead follow up with sales

What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive marketing or communications experience which includes demonstrated success in developing and managing email marketing, media buying, social media, and/or events

Proven track record of managing multiple projects independently, as well as effectively working in teams

Understanding of marketing strategy and content, promotion and performance metrics to support and guide the team’s efforts to more effective outcomes

Experience marketing to government sector

Experience working in a technology field

Must be able to coordinate many details in a proactive and organized fashion
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to independently follow-through and meet deadlines

Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, at proficient levels. Eloqua or equivalent marketing automation experience preferred

Active listener, effective influencer, great positive attitude

Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua or Marketo)
