The Role

We are looking for an organised, creative, and data-driven Marketing Campaign Executive to help plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for our B2B SaaS solutions. This role sits at the heart of our marketing team and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign delivery, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to grow their career in SaaS marketing.  You will work closely with content, product marketing, digital, and sales teams to deliver targeted campaigns that support our go-to-market strategy and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, events, social, and content.
  • Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, asset delivery, and internal/external approvals.
  • Build and deploy email campaigns, nurture flows, and landing pages using marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to create compelling campaign assets (eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, etc.).

Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Deliver campaigns that support acquisition, activation, and retention goals.
  • Work with sales and SDR teams to ensure leads are properly qualified, followed up, and measured.
  • Monitor and optimise lead nurturing sequences and workflows.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with paid social, PPC, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Support SEO and organic activities where required.
  • Manage campaign tracking links, UTM tagging, and data accuracy.

Campaign Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance against KPIs including MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain dashboards and campaign performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support product launches and feature releases.
  • Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Comfortable analysing data and presenting insights.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience running webinars, virtual events, or in-person events.
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and SaaS demand-generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics.

Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, etc.).
