About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator / City Manager to lead a event marketing campaign for one of our clients in Buenos Aires. This is a short-term project lasting 4 to 6 weeks, requiring hands-on coordination and onsite presence in different areas of CABA. The campaign involves distributing free books door-to-door in different residential areas of the city.
Please note this is a 4 to 6-week position, with the possibility of extension (2 more weeks).
Start date: late June.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pickups at our facility
- Conduct onsite distribution Monday through Friday across different areas of CABA (2 x 3-hour shifts per day, with a 1-hour lunch break between shifts).
- Oversee a team of 10 to 20 contractors during onsite operations.
- Ensure smooth communication and project alignment with the Marketing Campaign Ops Manager
- Manage and distribute materials for all onsite activations throughout the campaign.
- Assist the Campaign Manager in the overall planning and execution of the campaign.
- Ensure good standing of the operation throughout the entire length of the campaign

- 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must own a car and hold a valid driving license with no offenses on record.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
Additional Information:
- Candidates must be available to work onsite Monday to Friday for the duration of the campaign.
- English is appreciated
Pay = 1,250 USD / month
Bonus = up to $250 USD / month paid weekly based on KPIs
