About the Business
Essence of Wellness is a growing wellness and coaching
practice founded by Nirmala Harripersad, an Integrated Health & Wellness
Coach and Corporate Wellness Facilitator based in the Greater Toronto Area.
The business helps organizations and professional women
reduce burnout, improve clarity and resilience, and create sustainable
workplace wellbeing through coaching programs, leadership wellness initiatives,
workshops, seminars, and organizational wellbeing strategies.
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and highly
organized Virtual Assistant who can support marketing, content management,
business operations, and growth initiatives while helping establish efficient
systems and processes.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a Virtual Assistant who enjoys
combining marketing support, content management, administrative assistance, and
business development activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founder
to increase brand visibility, streamline operations, strengthen social media
presence, and support lead generation efforts.
We are looking for someone who can not only execute tasks
but also provide recommendations, identify opportunities for improvement, and
help create structure as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Schedule
and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other
relevant platforms
- Repurpose
existing content into multiple formats
- Create
social media graphics using Canva
- Maintain
a consistent content calendar
- Monitor
engagement and notify the founder of opportunities for interaction
- Research
industry trends and content ideas related to wellness, leadership, burnout
prevention, and workplace wellbeing
Content Support
- Format
and upload blogs and articles
- Assist
with newsletter preparation and distribution
- Repurpose
webinars, workshops, and coaching content into social media posts
- Create
presentation materials and workshop assets when required
- Organize
and maintain content libraries
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Research
potential corporate clients and partnership opportunities
- Assist
with LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Support
lead generation initiatives
- Maintain
prospect databases and CRM records
- Track
marketing activities and campaign performance
- Assist
with event promotion and workshop marketing
Administrative Support
- Calendar
management and appointment coordination
