Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing & Business Management Trainee to join our team and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills needed for a successful career in marketing and business management within the nonprofit sector. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing strategy and business management, with the potential to grow into a leadership role within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies for nonprofit clients, helping to raise awareness and increase engagement through innovative campaigns.
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth, conducting market research, and supporting outreach initiatives.
• Support in the planning and coordination of events and fundraising campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively engage target audiences.
• Help manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service, clear communication, and effective project execution.
• Contribute to data analysis efforts, tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with social media marketing, content creation, and other promotional activities to raise the profile of nonprofit clients.
• Provide administrative support in project management, budgeting, and timeline management, ensuring the efficient delivery of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the senior team to create presentations, proposals, and reports for clients, outlining campaign strategies, outcomes, and key performance metrics.
• Participate in the development of business processes, helping to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness across the organization.
• Develop leadership and teamwork skills by taking part in training programs and assuming increasing responsibilities within the company.
