Stark & Stark is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing & Business Development Coordinator based in our Hamilton, NJ office to join our innovative and fast-paced Marketing Team. This full-time role works closely with attorneys and business professionals to drive Firm visibility, client engagement, and practice growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule social media content; assist with drafting and editing marketing materials including website copy, press releases, and attorney bios.
  • Support video editing and digital content creation.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including seminars, conferences, and client programs; provide on-site and post-event support.
  • Support basic graphic design needs by developing and formatting marketing materials, presentations, and pitch documents while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist with the processing, tracking, and reconciliation of marketing invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and budget-related documentation.
  • Support proposals, RFP responses, and industry research for business development opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM systems, mailing lists, and reporting; assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency in drafting, research, and content development while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Basic video editing skills and comfort with digital content are preferred.
