We are currently searching for a Marketing Automation Training & Enablement Specialist:
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver live and on-demand training sessions on marketing automation tools and processes.
- Create practical training materials such as guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
- Maintain a structured curriculum adapted to different roles and levels.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to identify knowledge gaps.
- Monitor adoption metrics and adjust enablement strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enablement, training, or instructional design within MarTech environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation platforms.
- Professional English proficiency.
Desired
- Instructional Design certification.
- Experience working with Agile, Jira, and Confluence
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
