As a Marketing Automation Specialist at TriNet ensures the functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activities through technical and operations support. The position captures and reports data to evaluate performance of marketing activities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitors and analyzes marketing campaign performance
- Reviews and interprets website and digital marketing analytics
- Serves as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to fulfil marketing needs.
- Suggests marketing budget improvements using forecasting reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Work Experience
- Typically 2+ years
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- KSAs
- Understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing, Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, marketing automation, and analytic software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and pipeline metrics and optimize for improved performance.
