Role Overview:
We’re looking for an efficient problem solver with Marketo experience and project management skills. You must be process oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. We need a detail-oriented team player who can work collaboratively and build bridges with stakeholders on multiple teams. You will be responsible for campaign execution, Marketo optimization, stakeholder management and external-facing email communication.About Role
Design, create, and optimize emails and landing pages in Marketo
Upload event lists and maintain data hygiene in Marketo
Assemble marketing program performance reports via Marketo and Salesforce
Work with campaign managers, creative teams, and peers to execute global and regional marketing campaigns
Develop and document new project execution processes and train stakeholders to adopt processes
Create Marketo program templates
Manage marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resources
About You:
Experience: 2+ years using Marketo
Marketing ticket execution and campaign experience
Effective problem solver: You easily anticipate and spot key business issues as opportunities and quickly solve complex problems by proposing recommendations and fixes
You are a strong individual contributor and an independent thinker. Though your work is self-directed, you know when to ask for support or collaboration
You prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
You're comfortable with ambiguity. You know how to structure complex issues and take a hypothesis driven approach to problem solving.
Always a team player. You're positive, optimistic, and willing to help out wherever needed
