We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven and customer-centric Marketing Automation Specialist  to join our Growth Marketing team in Tel Aviv. In this role, this person will take part in designing and optimizing Taboola’s cross-channel, mass communication global strategy to achieve user engagement, conversion and retention goals.

The Marketing Automation Specialist is a performance oriented person that blends an out of the box and creative mentality, automation skills, and an analytical approach.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

  • Manage end-to-end automated marketing campaigns: from ideation, through execution to Q&A, monitoring and analysis. 
  • Build a cross-channel experience in multiple user engagement platforms: email marketing, in-app messaging, chatbots and user collateral to create ideal omni-channel user experience
  • Conduct constant optimization: Identify data-driven insights and lead testing strategies (e.g., A/B tests) to refine content and maximize performance..
  • Stay ahead of trends; Bring fresh ideas for content and strategy to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute processes and capture feedback.
  • Support other initiatives to achieve team goals 

What are the skills a Marketing Automation Specialist needs to have? 

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation / email marketing role.
  • Proven hands on skills in marketing automation platforms. Hubspot preferred.
  • Understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs and testing methodologies.
  • Strong judgment in content ideation. Ability to craft engaging narratives tailored to different stages of the funnel and user personas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Proactive approach, self motivator and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. 
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
