We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support and execute integrated demand generation programs in EMEA. In this role you will work on regional marketing and account-based marketing projects that generate net new names and move leads through the funnel directly supporting field marketing pipeline goals.

You will work closely with regional marketers and sales development teams by utilizing our martech stack, like Marketo, SFDC, Outreach, 6sense and others to streamline marketing efforts and make them more effective.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for generating processes, a data-driven approach and desire to do things at scale. To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across sales and marketing teams. You should be comfortable with handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. If you are organized, analytical, and data driven, with an interest to work in complex marketing/sales and product databases, this is a great role for you.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Working closely with multiple regional marketing and demand marketing teams to deliver highly effective demand generation, event, and advocacy/loyalty programs. 
  • Understanding the regional adaptations and market differences in EMEA.
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to build, test, and execute email segmentation, reporting, and set-up of campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaigns and their effectiveness, with a strong attention to detail and analytical focus required.
  • Integrating data from various sources and tools to optimize content and messaging in nurture programs by behaviors and personas.
  • Creating email campaigns and landing pages following branding guidelines.
  • Supporting marketing team in analyzing and reporting marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and provide feedback.
  • Building custom Salesforce campaigns to guide and advise campaign performance.
  • Overseeing campaign setup and data flow from Marketo to Salesforce to ensure the integrations are activated for the right programs, and that lead and responses are routing and scoring properly across our tech stack

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 4+ years experience in Database, Email or Operations Marketing or similar.
  • Subject matter expertise in email marketing best practices
  • Experience building and deploying product/promotional go-to-market and optimization strategies with an emphasis on marketing tech implementations, messaging, and A/B testing
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo
  • Experience with troubleshooting systems, process, and data issues
  • Impeccable attention to detail and committed to quality work.
  • Strong project management skills required with the ability to connect the dots across teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes at one time
  • BS/BA or equivalent required

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following! 

  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • Experience in other common martech, like Outreach, Splash, Folloze, Litmus
  • Marketing Automation, Campaign Operations or a similar role at a B2B, SaaS company
